I've been inactive for quite a while. I will continue to be inactive until I'm ready to deal with my archives and this mess.


My images cannot be used in full. They are mainly for reference. You can ask me or ~Smoke-Z for special exceptions, I usually grant them.


Many of my later pictures were taken with ridiculously high resolutions. If it says "scaled" and you need a higher resolution, I can upload the larger image.

Not all of my shots have been uploaded. Sometimes (rarely) there are variations on the zoom, angle, or exposure available if you ask for them.


Any use of them must include an effort on the part of the user in changing them.

A piece that's based off of my stock photography can be taken to a place other than DeviantArt, but not for profit. The exception to this rule is if you can distill one of my images into a tileable texture, you can use that texture in anything. (Just don't refine it for the sole purpose of selling a collection of textures.)

Elements: Painters and Photomanipulators can pull elements out of my photos and use them without further editing.

Backgrounds: Painters can use my photos as references for backgrounds. Photomanipulators can use them without permission if it's going to be heavily edited, but will have to ask for permission if it's going to be lightly edited.

People: As of the writing of this journal, any person that appears in my collection is a stranger and I don't have any model release forms.

Exceptions: I realize that strictly following the rules means that some of my images would be useless. It's obvious that I'm not going to be quick to complain in those instances.


Using my stock to generate textures is always implied.
